GOALS OF COMPETITION

• Generation of a scenario (scenarios) of the “life” of the territory at the project stage, as well as at the stage of its functioning during the implementation process and after implementation completing
• Elaboration of a territory development rough plan including the placement of capital construction facilities within allocated plots pursuant to:
  
  
  • given boundaries (quarters)
  • functional profiles of plots
  • development limitations
• Massing and layout concept of a motorway bridge (at the Rublyovskoye highway extension) in the context of the territory development rough plan
• Forming proposals for the pedestrian and cycle paths, vehicular circulation within the territory, as well as for the profiles of roads and driveways
• Development of a public spaces and landscaping strategy
• Forming proposals for the stages of project implementation (according to paragraph 1)
• Development of architectural, volumetric and spatial planning solutions at the first stage of the project implementation and creation of a unique architectural look of the building and urban environment responding their identity and awareness; the particularities and strength of the project territory and its surroundings shall be used to full advantage when developing solutions. The first stage of project implementation is approximately 600 thousand sq.m and shall include the following types of development:
  
  
  • residential facilities
  • administration and business (office) facilities
  • cultural and educational facilities
  • social infrastructure (school, nursery school)
  • recreational facilities
  • greened and landscaped areas (park, public garden)
• Detailed architectural, volumetric and spatial planning solutions for the main types of development in the first stage of the project implementation. The project proposal shall cover as minimum the following functional areas:
  
  
  • Residential area
  • Administration and business (office) area
  • Area intended for accommodation of cultural and educational facilities
  • Social infrastructure facility area
  • Recreation area
  • Greening and landscaping item (park, public garden)
• Development of proposals for adoption of innovative technologies at the level of functioning of the whole project and local level of functioning of separate buildings, structures and public spaces
• Development of a financial model of the project, which substantiates the economic feasibility of the proposed solutions and approaches to the development of the project territory
• Cost proposals for the elaboration of the Design Stage for the types of development indicated in paragraph 6
